Description
Cacoxenite seeds from Brazil. These pieces are simply amethyst points, with cacoxenite inclusions within the crystal. These tend to form at the top of the point. Cacoxenite is a secondary mineral, so it forms from the alteration of other minerals, and is a hydrous iron aluminium phosphate mineral.
