Each pack contains:

Golden Tiger’s eye. From South Africa. Tiger’s eye has the quality of what is termed chatoyancy, which means as the stone is turned it reflects light in glorious iridescent ways on its surface. Tiger’s Eye can be used as a tool to rebalance the body, especially during healing or meditative work, and some people use it to aid psychic work. Tiger’s eye helps us to know that new experiences and more enjoyable situations are only as far away as we believe them to be. Golden Tiger’s Eye is a soothing stone. Its golden colour symbolizes a connection with the sun, which helps us connect with deep intuition and psychic impressions.

Carnelian. From Botswana. Carnelian is a quartz stone that comes in an amazing variety of colours and is formed from the intergrowth of quartz and moganite. Moganite is considered a polymorph of quartz. This means it has the same chemical composition as quartz, but a different crystal structure.

Carnelian increases personal power and physical energy, gives courage, and boosts creativity and compassion.

Citrine. All citrine used to be amethyst! Natural citrine is found in areas where heat has been intense enough to to change amethyst into citrine. Sometimes the process isn’t quite finished when it is mind and we get something called ametrine. Natural citrine and ametrine is incredibly rare and expensive, and most citrine on the market today has been heated artificially to turn it from amethyst into citrine. This was amethyst from Bolivia.

Citrine is a stone that often reflects light in a sunny and warming fashion. It is a crystal of creativity and positive expression of who we truly are. This gives us a good feeling and impacts on those around us in a positive way.

It can be considered a great stone to have around you in a business or work environment as it promotes good communication, a positive disposition and fruitfulness. It is also a relaxing crystal and helps promote laughter, relaxation and good feelings. The energy of citrine can help us feel more balanced and eliminate negativity.

Rose Quartz. From Namibia. Rose quartz has a calming and soothing energy. It promotes self-love and helps overcome feelings of not being ‘good’ enough, self-criticism and resentment. It reminds us that when you love yourself and are happy in the moment there is no need for haste. Rose quartz embraces the one true currency of life, love.

Sodalite. From Brazil. Sodalite is so named due to its sodium content. The gentle spiritual energy of sodalite promotes the need to become more complete and unify the sub-conscious, conscious and higher consciousness. When we feel more complete in this way, we are able to trust more the subtle things we feel – things that can easily be dismissed as ‘just a feeling’. With this new connection fears about spiritual matters can resolve themselves.

Green Aventurine. From Zimbabwe. Aventurine energy feels uncomplicated and fresh and can be useful for washing the aura at times of mental or emotional stress, when we need a stone to hold in our hand whilst connecting with a clearer path. Aventurine is good to have around when making decisions as it reminds us to connect to the heart and the idea that it does not matter which road we take because it will always be the right one. It is a good companion for the pioneering spirit, someone who is pushing themselves to places they have never been before.

Blue Quartz. From Brazil. Blue quartz, or Dumortierite quartz as it is known is an aluminum borate silicate mineral, with its main feature being contrasting light or dark banding across the stone. Sometimes this stone is called blue aventurine, however any aventurine will have the characteristic ‘aventurescence’, the optical glitter effect that comes from microscopic micas within the stone. Blue quartz is a calming stone and can help you become a better communicator. It is also a stone for self-expression and creativity.

 Chrysocolla. From Mexico. Chrysocolla has been used for many years as a healing stone among Native American cultures, mainly to help strengthen the body’s resistance. It is detoxifying, balancing, extremely calming, and encourages neutrality and clarity. Chrysocolla is also known as “the stone of communication” shows us how to express, and empower our true self and our loved ones around us.

Amethyst. From Bolivia. Amethyst is a well-known healing crystal. It also reminds us of the spiritual thread that runs through our life and can be used as a tool to aid spiritual awakening and intuition. Amethyst can bring a calming influence and therefore be of great help in times of change. It’s excellent to hold or have by you when you’re practicing meditation and when placed in a room it can help absorb negativity. Placed under the pillow it may help you sleep better.

Fluorite. Fluorite’s clear energy helps us to ride the roller coaster of life while maintaining a clear spiritual awareness that there is, indeed, more to life than we can see with our eyes. It helps us to feel and know in confidence that there is a more spiritual nature to everything. Fluorite energy can help to open and keep open the channel to the spirit world. It can help stabilise chaotic situations because it helps us to realise that everything is developing, just as it is meant to, and that we are always in the most ideal place we could ever be in.
