Dead Sea Mud Soap

Description

Made using the traditional cold press process with Spanish olive oils, this soap is very creamy and makes a lot of foam, and you can feel how clean you are afterwards. Rich salts and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, natural tar and silicon compounds of Dead Sea Mud can provide effective relief for some skin disorders.

Natural soap lasts longer if it is allowed to dry out between uses. As a cold press car of soap, this can be a little harsher than melt and pour soap based products as the pH is slightly higher.

This luxurious soap is made with coconut oil, olive oil and Dead Sea mud, and is scented with extracts of citrus, geranium and lemongrass.

This item is vegan, however alcohol has been used to extract some of the natural essential oil scents so it may not be Halal.

Ingredients: Sodium Palmate, Aqua, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Olivate, Glycerin, Parfum, Maris Limus Extract (Silt/Dead Sea Mud), Limonene, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Citronellol, Citral, Geraniol, CI 50420

Sodium cocoate (and sodium olivate, and sodium palmate) is produced by hydrolysis of the ester linkages in coconut oil (and olive oil/palm oil) with sodium hydroxide, a strong base (or alkali).
